Melissa Leighan Barz

 Paralegal

Melissa attended Notre Dame College and the University of New Hampshire from 1988 to 1991 where she concentrated in history and paralegal studies.

She began her legal career in 1985 in New Hampshire focusing mainly in corporate and banking law.  In 1991, she relocated to North Carolina where she worked as a family law paralegal.  In 1998, Melissa returned to New Hampshire where she continued her work in family law.  Melissa also has extensive experience in workmen’s compensation, personal injury, corporate and banking law.

In 1995 Melissa worked with the “Richard Petty for Secretary of State Campaign” where she was responsible for the campaign’s Contribution Finance Committee.

With over twenty-three years experience, Melissa brings a wealth of know-how and positive energy to the firm.
