Attorney Jennifer Moore Balkus is licensed to practice before all New Hampshire state courts and the United States District Court, District of New Hampshire.

Attorney Balkus graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 1994 with a BA in Psychology and a minor in Economics which she earned while working full time and single-parenting three children.  She then graduated from Concord’s Franklin Pierce Law Center (Now called university of new Hampshire school of law) and was admitted to the New Hampshire bar in 1997.  Jennifer is a member of the New Hampshire Conflict Resolution Association.  Jennifer is also a member and on the Board of Directors of the New Hampshire Humane Society.

After admission to the bar, Attorney Balkus worked in litigation before deciding to focus her practice in family law where her successes led her to open her own firm. 

Attorney Balkus advises clients on issues ranging from parenting plans to adoption.  She provides clients with the focused attention to individual concerns available only in a small-practice setting. She combines the expertise, professionalism, and legal know-how of a attorney who learned the ropes in the tough-nosed environment of a large firm.
